Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial parks, education and commercial sites for rooftop and distributed solar projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector, investors, landlords, industrial park, factory owners, EPC contractors, and government.
Develop business cases and partnership models (PPA/lease/rooftop investment models) in collaboration with finance, legal, and technical teams.
Analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and prepare bidding documents, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop technical proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Participate in commercial and legal negotiations on project terms, contracts, and pricing to secure new deals.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry networking events.
Monitor market trends, policy updates, and competitor activities in Vietnam’s renewable energy sector.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales progress, and market development.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in renewable energy sector (Solar)
Strong network with industrial parks, commercial clients, association, relevant authorities.
Good knowledge of rooftop solar business models (PPA, lease, EPC, etc.) and related commercial terms for renewable energy.
Understanding with financial and legal in renewable energy transactions.
Proven track record in project sourcing and deal closing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
